The Tribal Society

The Gyele people, also known as the Bagyele or Bajele, are a pygmy ethnic group inhabiting the forests of southern Cameroon, with smaller populations extending into neighboring regions of Gabon and Equatorial Guinea. They are traditionally hunter-gatherers, relying on the rich biodiversity of the rainforest for their subsistence.
